MINIMUM WAGE

The current minimum wage in New Brunswick is $15.30 per hour. The minimum wage is adjusted annually on April 1 based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of the previous year.

The Common Front advocates for increasing the minimum wage to a living wage, an average of $20 per hour. The Human Development Council recently released the 2023 Living Wages report.
